fornisce una particolare potenza percettiva che va ben oltre i singoli
avvenimenti del quotidiano e si posiziona in una dimensione di continua
trasformazione attraverso la quale è possibile esaltare l’incoerenza della
vita. Ma è forse nell’asimmetria e nella non convenzionalità del nostro
percorso di crescita che possiamo trovare la verità del Tutto. Di fronte alle
opere di Coppola, però, abbiamo come la sensazione che la conoscenza mitica sia
solo un pretesto per intraprendere una ricerca legata al segno, al colore e
alla luce”.

myth delivers a particular perceptive power that goes well beyond the
individual events of the everyday, occupying a dimension of continual
transformation that can enhance the inconsistency of life. But perhaps it is in
the asymmetry and unconventionality of our paths of growth that the truth of
the Whole is to be found. Nevertheless, looking at Coppola’s works, we have the
sensation that mythical knowledge is only a pretext for engaging in a research
linked to the sign, to colour and to light.
