Håkan Hökerberg

Håkan Hökerberg holds a Ph.D. in Conservation, and was formerly a Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute in Rome where he conducted the research project “A controversial heritage. Architecture and rhetoric in fascist Italy”, and also organized the conference “Architecture as propaganda in twentieth-century totalitarian regimes. History and heritage” (2015). His latest studies are published in the article The Monument to Victory in Bolzano: Desacralisation of a fascist relic («International Journal of Heritage Studies», 2017).
