She studied
with Michele Ranchetti at the university of Florence, she then teached history
of Church at the university of Perugia and so in Florence. Her studies have
mainly focused on ecclesial reformism at the end of the 18th century, with
particular attention to Ricci's reforms, the history of the episcopate and the
history of the Florentine Church in the second half of the 20th century. She is
in charge of the archives of the Balducci Foundation and was responsible for
their cataloguing.
