Mauro Alpini

Mauro Alpini is Researcher and Aggregate Professor of Architectural Composition in the Architecture Department at the University of Florence. In 2003 he won the Giorgio Vasari Prize for architecture. Publications (since 1992), 102 in total, including: magazine articles, articles on books, monographs.
He has exhibited as author or coauthor to the architectural project in Rimini Morciano di Romagna, Roccastrada, Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Florence, Venice  (Biennale), Milan (Triennale), Rome (Room 1 of the International Center for Contemporary Art ), Pisa (Sinopias Museum, Piazza dei Miracoli), New York (179 Stanton Street NY 10002).
Among his works and projects published in leading international journals, as  designer or co-author of the architectural design, the church of San Giovanni in Perugia, the Presbytery of the Cathedral of Pisa, the Cemetery of Sansepolcro, the Chapel of the Madonna del Parto-Museum by Piero della Francesca in Monterchi, the Citadel religious Punta Perotti in Bari, the Mall and residential buildings in Morciano di Romagna, the Citadel of clean energy in Rimini, Restructuring and Exhibition of the Madonna del Parto by Piero della Francesca in Monterchi, the Nursery and Kindergarten for ENI in San Donato Milanese, the Elementary School of Sansepolcro, the Plexus School in Castelfranco di Sopra, the industrial Building in San Giustino Umbro, the former Tobacconist of Monteroni d’Arbia, the former Cement Sacci Bibbiena and Chiusi della Verna, the residential building in Terranuova Bracciolini.
